At Byte Bazaar Mart, we strive to offer high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, if any product has a manufacturing defect or stops functioning properly within a short period, our warranty policy may apply.


🛠️ Warranty Coverage

Currently, we offer a limited warranty on selected items — mainly gadgets and electronic accessories.

Warranty applies only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Non-functional product on delivery

  • Electrical/accessory failure within the warranty period

Note: Not all products come with a warranty. Warranty availability will be clearly mentioned on the product page if applicable.


📅 Warranty Period

  • Most covered items come with a 7-day to 1-month limited warranty, depending on the product.

  • The warranty period starts from the date of delivery.


🚫 What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage after delivery

  • Water damage

  • Mishandling, misuse, or unauthorized repairs

  • Wear & tear due to regular use (e.g. straps, covers, etc.)


🧾 Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim:

  1. Email us at bytebazaarmart@gmail.com with:

    • Order number

    • Product name

    • Description of the issue

    • Photos/videos of the defect

  2. Our support team will review your request and guide you on the next steps.

  3. If the claim is approved, we will offer:

    • Free replacement (if stock is available), or

    • Repair, or

    • Partial/full refund (based on condition and availability)

Customers may need to return the product for verification. Shipping charges (if any) for returning the item are the customer's responsibility.
