Our support team will review your request and guide you on the next steps.

If the claim is approved, we will offer:

Free replacement (if stock is available), or

Partial/full refund (based on condition and availability)

Customers may need to return the product for verification. Shipping charges (if any) for returning the item are the customer's responsibility.
