1. Return Eligibility

  • You may return products within 2 days of delivery if they are:

    • Defective

    • Incorrect or wrong item sent

  • Returns requested after 2 days from delivery will NOT be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

  • Please use a trackable shipping service and keep the receipt until the return is processed.


4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • To request an exchange, follow the return process and specify the item you wish to receive.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.


5. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via store credit or bank transfer within 7 business days.

  • Please note, refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank.


6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are not eligible for return include:

    • Items returned after the 2-day window

    • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

    • Items without original packaging or tags intact
